Things you can do yourself, Your Way and You Save,:
Ports: There are six Gray Enterprise ports. Five of the ports need lens and I would suggest replacing the gaskets at the same time. Gray is located in Tampa, Fl.
The lens is $45 and the gasket $9, three bolts at 6 so, 60 x 6 = 360
The cockpit port is watertight, the lip is broken, if corrected 120
Forward deck hatch: This Bomar hatch needs a lens, chalk, gasket and holder 110
Mid deck hatch: This Bomar hatch requies the same 110
Bottom Paint: it is 3.5 yrs, the hull looks good, yet the keel needs attention, so haul, fair the keel and repaint sometime 960
Cabin sole plywood: Hunter did a clever design idea for the soles.
They are in panels that fit on fiberglass with simple screw hold downs so a
person can remove and easily inspect. This is your opportunity to choose
what sole finish you want so the repair price varies 320- 550
Vee berth walls: We have purchased carpet for that space (gray) and will give it to you, all you need is contact glue. Or choose a different finish 20-120
VHF is not sending/receiving, we have a new antenna in box, it may be simple corrosion or replace wire and ends 40- 170

Look on Boat trader.com and you will find the typical market price averages
is $19,200. I am sure if you go look at the "average boat" yourself you will find they all have various issues that need to be addressed. This boat has the important stuff new.
If we subtract the average market price of 19,200 from the higher repair number of 2,500 we arrive at a starting point of asking $11,700
