It has a 2009 Tohatsu 6 hp 4-stroke outboard that is literally brand new (less than 5 hours). Inboard engine was removed.

It has a 10 foot 4 inch beam, which makes the cockpit (easily sits 8 people) and the cabin huge.

Very shoal draft of 2 feet 8 inches, with the centerboard retracted.

Standing rigging and running rigging are in good shape.

Has a newer mainsail (purchased from MastHead Co. in St. Pete), genoa, and a club footed jib (I never used it, since it is a pain to use).

The mast has a tabernacle, so un stepping the mast can be done easily with a gin pole and doesn't require an expensive crane service at a marina.

The bottom paint is in very good shape (no osmotic blistering or delamination), and is maintain periodically by a diver bottom cleaning service.

The deck is rock solid and there are no soft spots.
