115 high cut hank jib and main with full battens. Built by Banks Sails in Aug 09' these sails are in great condition and still crisp. Brand new jib bag for easy put up of jib to keep it on the deck and on the fore stay.
Has 30 hp Atomic 4 engine that was installed in '09 purchased from Moyer Marine in Maine. It was a long block (complete new rebuit engine from starter to water pump). As close to a brand new A4 you can get being they are not built anymore. Look up Moyer Marine online, they only sell A4s and newly manufactured A4 parts.

Head (toilet) is 3 years old. It is a high end Raritan head. New hoses and Y-valve installed at the same time. No old head smell because of the new hoses.
I have all the interior cushions for the boat at home. The two cushions for the salon table have some wear but the rest are in good shape.
I have two used marine air conditioners NOT INSTALLED. One is supposed to work the other doesn't, I will give to the buyer if they think they can do something with them.
There are a pair of marine grade bean bag chairs that will come with the boat. These are great for using on the aft deck and even the fore deck.
