last refitted in 2011 with a decent sail inventory , 2 #1, 2 Mains, 2 spinnakers, #3 , stay sail, 1 cruising chute.
This is outfitted with Hood roller furler and all lines lead aft for easy one handed sailing.
Oversized 46:1 primary winches installed new 2011 make sail handling very easy.
Powered by Vire 7 inboard with belt drive arrangement - engine waas rebuilt 2010 with about 20 hours use each season
outfitted with all Canadian Coasr Guard required safety equipment (flare gun, fire extinguishers etc) as well as autohelm that attaches to tiller.
Very nice clean interior with newer cushions 2006 and heavy teak trim and teak salon table
new VHF marine radio last year and Nova Sail NS Start Knotmeter/GPS, Sony 100W stereo with CD and JBL speakers.
Boat is presently launched as of last Saturday and can be demo sailed with owner.
Has 2006 road worthy trailer for transport and winter storage included in sale.
This is a freshwater boat for its entire life coming from the Ohio area when I bought it in 2006.
