This is a lot of boat packed in a small package, great for towing and sail camping. It is a real, seaworthy boat, built like a big one. One of these has even sailed from California to Hawaii:
See this site. .
It has a cockpit, a companionway, and a cabin with full-size bunks - I'm 6'2", and I can stretch out full length. There's a stub keel with 275 lb of lead ballast, and a centerboard, which keep the boat very stable and (I've read, never tested) make it self-righting. It's very comfortable to sail. There's a lot of storage. It has been sailed 3 times in Long Island Sound, and 4 times in freshwater lakes in Michigan. It's in nearly new condition, ready to sail.
