Deck completely recored, painted with interlude 2-part and kiwigrip nonskid.
Interior cabin completely rebuilt.
All bright work restored, rebuilt teak flooring, mahogany rails (8 coats epifanes)
Hull completely stripped of paint (including all layers bottom paint) and faired, ready to be primed and top coated.
Dual axel trailer (overall solid, I would do some work for new owner, lights, tires, etc.)
Full inventory of sails and interior cushions.
2 outboard motors a 3.5 and 6hp ( the 3.5 is in need of service the Yamaha 6 starts up)

The boat needs finishing touches but almost all the hard labor and prep work has been done. She will need topside paint, new rub rail and bottom paint. I'll be working more on her when time allows but want to sell her because I don't have lots of sailing time at my disposal this summer (new dad).
