This is a remarkable 28-foot racer/cruiser. The price reflects that there is NO motor on the boat (an 8/12 hp marine outboard engine was previously installed and was adequate for the task). It needs cosmetic work in the cabin and topside. It has a working porta potty, approved by the Arkansas Department of Sanitation. The Pearson 28 is an excellent sailing boat and is basically in sound condition, but please be advised that additional improvements need to be made.
The boat is currently anchored at the Iron Mountain Marina on Lake DeGray, Arkansas, located near Arkadelphia.
