The boat is in good condition and the engine runs very reliably. Mast, boom and all sheets, halyards, deck hardware and standing rigging are in good condition. She's a great pocket cruiser with a lot of initial stability and heels relatively little. She also gives a very solid feel in higher winds and waves. The previous owner sailed her 90 miles across to Baja and back. We've sailed her in very windy conditions during a norther in the Sea of Cortez when much larger boats stayed in the marina. She's a good, solid, confidence-inspiring boat.
