The boat has been used only a handful of times but I just sailed it one of those times last week. Hull has clean fairly shiny gelcoat -I haven't found chip or a gelcoat crack on it.

Main and jib in superb condition -look like they were bought last year and used a few times though they are not that new (brass hanks on the jib are still shiny).

Interior cushions in great condition.

Standing rigging is good except I found one fishhook broken strand on the forestay (taped over).

Includes permanent stern swim ladder.

Trailer including tires in excellent condition. Lights are brand new.

All-new mahagany exterior wood preserved with lemon oil (no varnish to peel). New tiller and rudder stock. New interior wood varnished.

No motor, though I do have a 4hp Yamaha 2 stroke I might part with for the right price.
