The Bristol Channel Cutter has achieved unprecedented respect as a capable & safe passage maker. Dozens of these handsome, stout vessels have made ocean crossings, circumnavigations and are used as cruising homes by sailors who prefer simplicity, integrity and economy in their choice of boats. Few yachts have a more devoted, if not fanatical, group of owners. "Vixen" is hull #2 of the B.C.C.'s to be built by Sam Morse Co. (previous hulls were built in Vancouver, BC), and was hand finished by designer Lyle Hess's right hand man, Craig Johnson.
Her joiner work is esquisite, her custom bronze hardware would be impossible to duplicate today. Highly recommended to those who seek the highest quality in a well proven cruising classic; a truly special boat.
