The price is low (compare with $15000 to $25000 on yachtworld.com) due to the damage to the bow railing and anchor roller.
While on mooring the boat was hit by another boat.
There is no damage to the hull.
The boat is in many ways in better than new condition.
In 2007 the gel coat and the nonstructural layer of mat was stripped and replaced with two layers of 10oz glass cloth, MAS epoxy and Interlux Interprotect barrier coat.
In essence this gives a lifetime protection against blisters.
The thru hulls were replaced at the same time.
Many upgrades include exhaust system, two 75 watt solar panels with dual battery Morningstar controller and battery monitor; portholes were replaced.
There are no leaks, dodger was restitched and currently stored in the garage.
Engine runs well, no oil leaks. Sails are old but perfectly useful.
With the exception of the bow railing and anchor roller she is not a project boat and is ready to sail.
The boat is an excellent coastal sailer and needs a good home and younger captain.
