Boat is in very good shape overall and sails very well but hasn't been out in over a year.
There is some deferred maintenance and items that need attending to like:
The wood needs to be refinished
Fuel, oil and water filters need to be changed (spares available)
The foam seal on the ice box needs to be replaced.
Built in fuel tank is disconnected and fuel is supplied to engine from a 5-gal portable tank in the engine compartment. We've not found this to be an inconvenience at all.
The fitting for the radiator overflow needs to be repaired
