Great single handing boat if that's what you're looking for
Bottom was stripped to fiberglass in 2006, painted with 3 coats of Interlux 2000E epoxy barrier coat, then VC17. At the same time, the keel was removed, sandblasted, faired, and similarly painted.
Bottom has fresh VC17 (painted April 2016), however, it was painted on the trailer so there are spots I didn't hit (under bunks, parts of keel, keel trunk).
The good news is I have an unopened can of VC17 for the buyer to finish the job with the boat lifted off the trailer.

Down-the-Hatch front hatch ventilator
Sail cover & tiller cover (New in 2010)

Boat, trailer, sails and equipment: $6,000
Optional: I built boat stands in 2006 to do the bottom work mentioned previously. With those and a hydraulic engine hoist I have a method to put the boat in "dry dock" on my driveway. I have done this several times over the years and it can be done singlehandedly. If interested, I'll entertain a reasonable offer for those stands and the engine hoist.
