"Take Five" is a fully equipped pocket cruiser that has been meticulously maintained and continuously upgraded by a knowledgeable and mechanically skilled owner. She is gently sailed in fresh water at least once a week during the season, and stored fully covered on land in winter. She is in sail-away condition, immediately ready for you to take possession. The boat is currently docked on the Delaware River near Philadelphia and can be viewed there by appointment. After purchase, the owner can help you transport the boat by water to a point of your choosing on the Delaware or upper Chesapeake Bay.
This boat is the popular wing keel version, which provides outstanding stability and handling as well as excellent headroom and roominess in the cabin. She has the full package of Catalina supplied accessories (furling headsail, walk-through transom with swim ladder, "catbird" transom seats, self-tailing cabintop winches, all lines led aft, boom vang, galley with large cooler, forward and aft berths). In addition, she has many extra accessories that make her an extraordinary value.
