25' long, 8' beam, 5' draft keel down, 2' 8" keel up.
Above average condition with numerous upgrades and enhancements. Lines led to cockpit for singlehanded sailing.
4 year old 110 roller furling jib. UV cover restitched 2013 by Bartlett Sails.
2014 New full batten loose foot main sail from Ullman Sails, second main in fair condition.
Honda 5 hp starts easily and runs well.
