30' long x 11' wide x 5'-4" draft and weighs 11,000 lbs.
Standard rig with 130% Jib.
Sails are in very good shape - always covered or stored.
Roller furler is jammed at the top bearing but the jib can be run up and down the furler track.
11 hp two cylinder inboard Universal (Kubota) diesel runs just fine.
Wheel steer.
Interior paneling is in very good shape.
Interior cushions could be recovered but are usable as is.
Cockpit cushions are in good shape
Time for some refurbishing, but certainly usable as is.
Needs batteries (2).
Needs the compass, speed and depth gauge replaced.
Needs a water melon size rub spot on hull recoated with jell coat.
Needs a bottom job.
Selling because my wife and I are going to be traveling in the near future when I retire and we won't be able to make practical use of the boat.
