The tiller steering gives you great feel at the helm
Main, jib, extra large genoa
Sails are fair but still very servicable
Cushions are original 80's era plaid and are still in pretty good condition
300 hrs on excellent 20hp Beta(Kubota) 3 cylinder diesel engine
This boat is ready to sail today.
I bought this boat in 2007 and spent months going from stem to stern making everything right, making sure everything was in good working order and making whatever repairs were necessary.
The mast was lowered and the wiring was pulled out, inspected and reinstalled.
New anchor and steaming lights were installed as were a new radio antenna and wind indicator.
The old wooden spreaders had some wood rot on the top sides where you can't see it, and were replaced with sturdy new aluminum spreaders.
The original steel halyards had a number of "meat hooks", broken wire strands that will slice your hands. These were replaced with 3/8" Sta-Set lines from West Marine.
The original 2 cyl 11hp diesel was in poor condition and was replaced with a brand new Beta 20hp 3 cyl diesel. Beta engines are marinized Kubota engines and I have been extremely pleased with the performance and reliability of mine.
If you have any questions I will be glad to speak with you.
