Refit almost complete but we've run out of steam! Nice interior in great condition. We hired Spot-On Marine to re-bed and fill soft spots, and to add a rear quarter berth hatch and mid-ship port/hatch for extra light and air flow. She needs the final finish filled, final sand, paint and hardware reinstalled. The rudder and shaft should be inspected and any needed repairs made.
Recent completed upgrades include; rewiring to marine grade w/custom electrical panel. New Pex plumbing with hot water heater, electric water pump and cockpit shower. Rebuilt Atomic 4 engine with fresh water cooling system. Barrier coated bottom with anti-fouling paint, replaced thru-hulls with heavy duty brass models. Hired a professional to add keel bolt upgrade - removing the classic "Catalina smile". Replaced standing rigging, running rigging and all life lines.
Harken foil with crisp 130 Dacron Jib, Asymmetrical Spinnaker and Mainsail with spare although both mains do need replacing.
Currently sitting on a new 2014 customized flatbed trailer (not included), new trailer is worth 8,000.
