Com-pac 16, 1985

Very good condition overall, standing rigging in excellent condition, running rigging in good condition, ready to sail

  • Classy, with tanbark sails
  • Extremely popular and sturdily built pocket cruiser, designed by Clark Mills (of Optimist fame), easily trailered and launched
  • Sleeps two in cabin or can easily convert the cockpit to a bed with boom tent
  • Many still on the water, with active owners club, plenty of information on internet, text or email me for some key links if desired

  • 18" shoal draft fixed keel
  • 16' LOA
  • 14' length at waterline
  • 6' beam
  • 1,100 lbs displacement
  • 450 lbs cement keel
  • huge (6'11" long) self-bailing cockpit
  • kick up rudder

  • Halyards, sheets, dock lines, boat cover, sail cover, tiller cover, original cabin cushion covers, original manuals
  • Upgraded smoke plexiglass companionway board, upgraded Harken mainsheet block, with main sail, jib, and genoa

TRAILER - galvanized, in good condition with clean title

OUTBOARD - 2003 Mercury 3.3, so few hours and so clean you could eat off of it. Lightweight and starts easily, with integrated gas tank.

Love the boat, had many enjoyable sails on it, but have gotten too busy and want someone to be able to enjoy it regularly the way it should be.

  • Location - Morehead City, NC
