This is a project boat that needs work!
Solid boat. Has stainless rod rigging which is solid. Includes 4.5W Northern Lights generator in good condition, but has not been started in 5 years,
Both the engine and generator need to be removed and rebuilt.
100 gallon fuel tank. The engine is a Perkins 4108, 50HP. SS water heater, tri-cabin w/hanging closets, 2 heads, 53'9" mast, roller furling w/150 Genoa, mast steps, 3-blade prop, sloop. Main sail is in good condition, as is the standing rigging.
This is a project boat that needs a complete refit. Price reflects.
The galley has been removed to gain easy access to the engine and subfloor.
All the teak is in the process of being sanded and varnished and is out of the boat.
Depending on where I am at during the project I will lower the price.
The boat is in the water at a great marina, and the slip goes with the boat.
Very reasonable slip fee with free electric.
This will make a great liveaboard boat, has plenty of room.
