This boat is a good, solid boat that needs some interior work.
The previous owner (now deceased) was in the process of pulling up the cabin sole to replace it and had taken out the furniture and cabnetry on the starboard side.
I have all the furniture and cabnetry in storage.
The diesel is a Yanmar and is in very good operating condition.
The Airconditioner works well.
The wind instrument is not operative.
The VHF is good.
Water heater good.
Water pressure pump good.
The boat has always been in fresh water and hasn't had a bottom paint job in over 10 years.
Cushions in good shape.
Flat screen tv works well.
Main halyard is new and genoa sheet blocks are new.
Furling headsail is relatively new.
Main sail is getting old.
Binnacle compas needs replacing.
The boat is berthed at England Harbor on the Ross Barnett Reservoir in Ridgeland, MS
