I am the second owner. The original owner bought the boat new in 1989. The motor was also bought new by the original owner in 1996. I have the original paper work on both. It is a very unique boat, there are not many of them in US and you would be hard pressed to find another anywhere close. With that being said you can somewhat throw out what you know about boats of this size. It equipped and rigged like a much larger boat. It has way more standing head room with 5'8". Wrap around seating in the V berth, and a large aft berth. I removed the drop leaf table and hand made custom wooden cup holders to open up the front of the boat and get more utility out of it. The factory table has been cleaned up and refinished as well and comes with the boat so if you dont like the new table you have the old one as well. It also has a built in ice chest, sink, stove, and flushing toilet. Not only is the boat ready for the water, it is in the water, and will be out in the middle of the lake every weekend until its sold.
