Solid boat. S hallow draft keel with fiberglass centerboard. Hull was polished in the spring and still beads water like it was done yesterday. Bottom was painted in the spring, and the teak was just refinished with 5 coats of oil. Interior floors have also been refinished. Sails are in good shape, the 135% roller furler jib was serviced in July. The mailsail has a single reef. The cover could be replaced but it does the job. The trailer is dual axle, and all the bearings were replaced this spring as were the lights. 8hp Johnson runs great and comes with a 3gal tank. Boat isn't perfect, some superficial surface cracking on the topside. Previous owner pulled all chainplates and recaulked them due to minor leaking. Comes with life jackets, anchor, rope, flares, screen for the hatchway, and a few cushions.
