I bought this boat in 2004 and have truly enjoyed her. She is a sailors sailboat and she displays no bad manners when its blowing like stink. She is fast and stable for a 23 footer. She does need a new battery and one of the keel guide boards (its a 2X4) is cracked. The motor has been stored in a shed and runs PERFECT, it might need a carb flush after sitting. The external wood needs to be sanded and varnished, but she is in great shape and ready for the water with a days preparation. I'm getting a bit to old to rig and take down this mast any longer. The boat has been loved and never abused and always taken care of.
