Good condition and sea worthy and ready to sail...but needs some tlc and a bit of cosmetic maintenance.

I have only had it a couple months and launched it twice.

It floats...does not leak.

It rows, sails, and has a motor attachment on the rudder.

It has a centerboard...not the lee boards like most of the other sea pearls.

It does not have water ballast compartments like the newer sea pearls.

It has two new unused sails. One new unused mast.

Its a good boat.

Its a day sailer (no lights).

It has canvas cover of open deck cockpit...but no camping tent.

Reason I'm selling is because it is a bit too large for me and my mini car.

I'm getting too old to install the masts in wind...although i've done it safely so far.

I'm looking for a smaller boat with a camping section to stay dry in.

Will consider trades for such (west wight potter?)

Asking price $3900.
