I have been sailing this Catalina almost every week since I bought it two years ago, weather and time permitting. It starts right up every time and it handles well on the lake. The sails are in good shape, as are all the lines. It comes with life jackets and spare ropes. The Bimini top is in good condition with new straps to hold in place. New Bimini cover as well. Sail cover in good condition with one of the snaps broken.
Hatch panels have slide in/out screen panels to replace the smoke glass panels, if you are relaxing on board or sleeping on board. The gauges in the cockpit do NOT work.
The boat is currently on Lake Ray Hubbard in Rockwall, Texas at Bayview Marina.
