Putting up for sale my 1985 Hunter 23' sailboat with 1997 Mercury 8hp
longshaft outboard.
New registration and numbers on boat with Texas Title.
Boat is in Great condition and last used in 2016.
Has new bottom job and newer above the water line expensive marine paint and rudder has been painted also.
Sailboat has a mini winged keel with a additional swing keel.
Sleeps 4 people with port and starboard settees Queen size V-Berth and
quarter berth aft.
Comes with Chart plotting Garmin GPS/Sounder and So
many more extras:
Such as custom made mast raising equipment and trailer has
extendable tongue for launching.
Boat is 23' in length and has a 8' beam with a very spacious interior for the size.
Setup for a spinnaker with a halyard and track for the spinnaker but sail not included,
Sails are in good shape with no tears and are ready to go.
Outboard runs great and comes with 2 fuel tanks. Brand new Fore stay and back stay bridle.
Lots of the woodwork have recently been redone and boat comes with Flat screen TV and Marine Stereo and speakers.
There is Shore power hookup and sail covers,
Bimini Top with cover and covers for just about everything.
Trailer has newer tires and has been pulled down the road by 1/2 ton truck recently and pulls great.
There is no title on trailer or outboard.
Overall boat is in Great shape and well taken care of and needs new owner to enjoy NADA used values are included in pictures and for some reason they have only a 22' showing for values so I used it.
