This Hunter 30 is a solid sailing platform, all systems are working and ready to go sailing. This boat has lived in fresh water all its life. I am the 3rd owner and I know that it has been well maintained over the years to present. There are a lot of features that make sailing easier, all lines lead aft to the cockpit and the main sheet traveler mounted on the cabin top keeps the companion way clear.
