I purchased the boat to learn how to sail but health issues have kept me from being able to single hand a 31' boat (had open heart surgery back in 2012) alone here in South Texas. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to sell her. I've sailed her a few times alone and it's just more than I can handle and if an emergency situation arose, I don't know what the outcome would be.
