I have decided to sell my Mac. My dream was to own a power sailing combo. Unfortunately, I have been all power, no sailing. I have taken the boat out just about every weekend, rarely do I sail it.

I have decided to sell the Mac and get a cabin cruiser of the same size.

She's in a slip on Lake Conroe but I also have a trailer for it.

The boat is in really good shape and I hate to sell it but realistically I think my family would enjoy a power boat more until my kids are a little older.

Boat has no major issues, it's ready to sail today.

Could use some minor rigging corrections as I am an amateur sailor but it's pretty much turn key. I take it out almost every weekend right now.

I am also interested in trading for a cabin cruiser 25ft or bigger.
