New owner will effectively be 3rd owner I have simply rescued her...
Senta was a new England boat brought to Florida 15 years ago. At that time a new yanmar 3ym30 and sd20 sail drive were installed, also new rod rigging installed.
She was used for 5 years (131 hours onmotor since new) then the owner fell ill and she was abandoned on the hard.
Cockpit plugged and rain flooded cabin damaging woodwork and floor.
Needs areas of water damaged wood and cabin floor replaced and veneer repainted
The good:
Rock solid hull, decks are not 100% but nothing spongy

Profurl jib furler, 140% needs sun cover, 100% and 85% like new
Hearken main furler , newer Mack main excellent and usable spare
Symmetrical spinnaker in snuffer and telescoping whisker pole all excellent
