This sailboat is in very good condition. 27' overall length with 9,17' beam (width). Has inboard 10hp Universal diesel engine that runs perfectly and has been maintained yearly.
Original rudder tiller has been upgraded to a wheel helm. The boat features an almost new foresail/jib made by UK sails in their Texas Loft. Jib is on a roller furling.
The main sail is in good condition. The rigging, winches and traveler are all in good condition.
The teak rails were refinished in the fall of 2016.
Deck and hull have been power washed twice yearly.
The boat has dark blue covers for the main sail, handrails, companionway, helm, winches and helm seat.
The bottom has been cleaned yearly.
Interior is in very good condition and features an alcohol stove, ice box, head with presurized water system that hold 25 gallon of water.
Original teak interior and floor are all in good condition. The boat includes a Magma grill.
This boat needs nothing done to it. It's ready to take out sailing.
Original survey was done by a professional sailboat surveyor in 2009 when purchased from previous owner available upon request.
The boat has been in fresh water on Greers Ferry Lake for its entire history.
There is no trailer for the boat. The purchaser will be responsible
for moving the boat from Greers Ferry Lake if relocated to another location.
