Her Universal 12 with internal water cooling purrs when engaged but, she sails faster in a stiff breeze.

She has two anchors. For 27', she accommodates crew and passengers like a much larger boat, easily sleeping two couples in the v-berth behind a privacy screen and in the aft berth behind closing door.
She has had standing rigging tuned, a new gooseneck put on the mast, and some new running lines added.
