Boat is located in Irving, TX. Boat and Motor have Texas title.
Boat is project boat and is free to new owner. The boat sunk at the marina during a storm in the summer of 2016. I was told that a hose came loose and allowed water into the boat but the new owner will have to determine and verify the cause of the leak. The outboard was pickled within hours of removal from water by Taylor Marine Service in Grapevine.
The boat is a Seaward 24 manufactured by Starboard Yachts.
It is a 1984 model year sloop-rigged pocket cruiser with a surprising amount of cabin space, forward v-berth, and a large cockpit.
It has lovely lines and is a great picnic boat, daysailer, or weekender. It is shallow draft so can be brought in close to shore. It has lots of potential if you have the skill and time and energy to work on it.
Boat includes the following:
3 sails: Main and two self-hanking headsails. Main and jib are in fair condition. Second headsail (smaller size) is in good condition.
Cushions are in good condition.

Cockpit lazarette
Dedicated space in cockpit for fuel can
Newish companionway steps, drawers, and table
Motor is 2001 Yamaha 8-HP outboard with electric start and electric tilt with Texas title.
Trailer is a 1983 Arrow ST 935 with original Certificate of Origin.
Boat will be transferred in as-is condition and new owner will be required to sign Bill of Sale acknowledging as-is nature of boat.
