Just Back from the Bahamas! 6 weeks cruising the Abacos. No issues

1981 36' CC 4.6 draft 10.5 beam with huge aft cabin and two air conditions with generator.
Very easy to maneuver turns on a dime and docks very easy.
I went from a 23' to this 36' with ease. Watkins very nice interior new leather couches with wall mounted LED TV and bar and duel flip up dinning room table perfect for 4 people to eat in comfort. Two cabins one head with shower and hot water both engine driven and electric. V-berth up front and bigger than Queen size birth in aft cabin. Full hanging lockers in both with tons of storage throughout. 40 gallon diesel tank. Two huge water tanks. 50hp Perkins 4108 that brought us to and from the Bahamas not one issues since owning the boat the engine is very solid. Duel stainless sinks in the galley with 12v Adler Barbour and 120 Deep freezer keeps cold for days without using any power while at anchor also built in ice maker / freezer in salon. Sails are good shape with a roller furling on the head sail. The boat is at a great slip on the banana river and its very low cost probably the lowest around its like having a second home on the river.
I would turn around and not hesitate taking this boat back to the Bahamas or further.

A few of the hatches leak and it made some of the interior paneling wet and soft just cosmetic
the Engine leaks a small amount of oil because its a Perkins but this engine is VERY reliable.
might need a new VHF antenna? Just installed a GPS VHF with DCS emergency locating ability
I'll be working to fix small cosmetics and other stuff price may go up after.
I might paint the top deck and re-varnish the the teak railing.
I also have very nice wood to fix some of the damage caused by the leaks I will include with the sale of the boat if I don't fix it myself. As stated price subject to change.
