Also has the standard motor mount and boarding ladder. No motor is included. The Potter moves fine with an expensive trolling motor. Included is a nice anchor and rode and a Davis tiller tamer.

What this boat doesn't have are any modifications. No owner has screwed any holes in the boat, added no extraneous gear, etc.
The first owner bought the boat in 1996 and sold it in 2000. The next owner sailed it for ten years and then put it in the garage for the next seven years.
