Bauer 12
This is a Bauer 12, maybe they finest 12 footers built today, seriously. Built like a tank with hand laid glass, positive floatation and a self bailing cockpit.
All hardware and lines are In excellent condition.
The tiller is a mahogany/maple comp. the bottom has recently been painted and is ready to go.
There is a motor mount for your auxiliary.
The sail although serviceable has several repairs and is heavily stained. The interior is in good shape as well with only minor stains/marks. I have a PA title for the boat and trailer.
Located in Newville, PA, an hour and a half north of Baltimore.
The trailer is in good serviceable condition, with some checking on the tire sides.
I suspect this is one of the cheapest Bauer 12 on the market,
$2200.
