It is the wing keel version and is in ok condition.
Great for swimming off the walk through transom in the summer, camping in the fall and early spring.
Very roomy on the inside for the length, can easily sleep 4 and has a head, water tank and kitchen sink.

The "Sea Yah" comes with an electric start 1990 Yamaha 9.9 in good condition, though it could probably use a tune up and possibly a new fuel filter/fuel pump. Starts right up at the push of a button, no problem. Shifter and throttle cables on motor need to be replaced though.
Since buying it a few years ago I've replaced and upgraded:
Sacrifical headsail sun cover
Bimini cover
Reupholstered interior cushions
Rebuilt the outboard
installed new house battery
She currently resides on Lake Livingston near Coldspring, TX and new owner is welcome to take over slip if desired.
