22' Catalina 22 MkII with a swing keel in good condition. I have been mooring it at a marina annually May-October and trailering it in a boat yard during winters. I have used it as a lake day-sailor. The boat has only seen in freshwater during its entire life. I am the second owner.
The boat is berthed at Clinton Lake near Lawrence, Kansas. The slip is available to assume.
