Electrical panel and 12v DC plug. Sails: Main and jib in good condition. Motor: 4hp - 4 stroke Interior: In addition to electrical panel, interior has a custom teak "glove box" build on to mast compression post for storing phone, wallet, and small sensitive items. Rudder: Foiled rudder. Dramatically improves CP16 performance. Trailer: Galvanized trailer with LED light upgrades w/spare tire. General Description: This is a 1977 Compac16 in excellent shape. All structural elements are in pristine working order. All woodwork has been upgraded once or refinished twice. The interior bunk cushions are original and look new. This boat has been stored indoors during all of its Michigan winters. I am the second owner and this boat has not had a hard life.
