New motor mount, new tires and new sails, never used

Main and jib purchased new from Supersailmakers in 10/29/2010, first season of use 2011, condition is very good.
1989 Hutch trailer.
New axle ($500), modified keel rollers ($500), new lights, new winch, new coupler, new bow roller, new tongue jack.
New tires this year.
2006 Honda 2hp outboard model BF2D, excellent condition.
No battery, the boat has lights (new ones front and rear) but I don't sail at night and don't want the extra weight of a battery.
This boat has never been in salt water.
It's been sailed in the midwest since new and since I've had (2009) and it's been stored indoors when not being used.
Included are new tiller extension, windex, anchor, rode and chain, hold down strap and mast support.
No slip.
No pop top.
No porti potti.
Sail and tiller cover included.
The condition of the fiberglass is very good, just buffed and waxed this year.
I just got done with a complete restoration of this boat.
All wood has been replaced and finished with MANY coats of Deks Olje.
New tiller, tiller extension, and foiled rudder, even the rudder head has been powder coated.
New waterline stripe,
even a hand painted stripe where the factory used tape at the boot stripe. All new standing rigging (quick release on headstay), running rigging, ground tackle, even the scuppers have been replaced.
All hardware (bronze cleats not plastic) has been re-bedded.
This boat is ready to go sailing.
