Get ready to cruise or live aboard on this beautiful yacht.
Namaste is a stunning, cutter-rigged ketch with teak toe and taff-rails, wide side decks, and a large cockpit.
She has a fiberglass hull with a full keel, bow thruster for easy docking, and sips one gallon of diesel per hour at a cruising speed of 7 mph when you have to motor. 5' draft let's you navigate many coastal waters while the substantial keel gives you blue water pointing and stability.
The decks are nonslip paint. Woodwork has fine craftsmanship not seen in many boats today.
All new canvas, cushions and upholstery (blue) were added in 2015.
This much loved fresh water yacht has just traveled 2,200 miles leaving
Charlevoix, Michigan in June of 2015. Spending most of her time in freshwater has kept her in good shape.
Her longtime owners made many upgrades and have maintained her well.
Independent reviewers gush of the Fuji 35.
Sail Far, Live Free called it a "Top 10 Affordable Blue Water Sailing Boats There's just something about a clipper bow and a ketch rig that magically transports my mind to the South Pacific. And if you're going to make the long sail to the South Pacific, you might as well be coddled in a gorgeously warm and wood filled cabin like that of the Fuji 35."
Sail Magazine wrote, "She is a traditional yacht. The beam on deck is generous. This makes for a very dry boat and has the bonus of affording large side decks and a huge cockpit area...very easy to handle short handed. The ketch rig is very hard to beat for leisurely husband and wife sailing.
Very few people can go below a Fuji for the first time without some sort of pleasant exclamation. The woodwork is of a quality that is all but extinct and has to be one of the main selling points...The molding details are the best I've seen on a production yacht. Wood lovers will feel right at home. The builder has gone to the trouble of matching all his grains, and the overall impression is beautiful.
The layout of the Fuji is quite simple and a time-proven winner. There is quite an expanse of teak and holly cabin sole...Her styling insures that she will look good for years to come."
Sailboat Cruising said, "Medium sized cruising boats like these are capable of serious offshore passage making, whilst being reasonably economic to maintain and operate."
Matching blue bimini, dodger, vent and sail covers.
