Legendary Hobie quality in a very versatile sailing kayak. I recommend youtube.com as the source to see what this vessel can do. Be it a family of 4 (total of 600 lbs.) at the lake, camping, fishing or sailing in the ocean, this can do it all as the posted videos will attest.
This 2014 is in excellent condition and was always kept covered or in a garage or boat house.
I custom designed the trailer in consultation with the Trailex factory rep and it includes 3 Hobie Tandem Island cradles for a total of 4 support points.
This is very important to maintain the shape of the plastic hull when trailering or storing in the hot Texas weather.
The Trailex aluminum trailer is perfect for salt water( though it and this boat have never been in salt water) and is designed "low-profile" to make launching and retrieval much easier. S
