This 1987 Irwin Citation 32 is in very good condition. She has been well maintained and is very well equipped. The motor works great and the boat is sailed and used regularly. This is a fast boat that sails great. Perfect boat for the Galveston Bay area. Shallow draft and can handle the rougher days on the bay.

Recently had sails re-stitched /cleaned at Banks Sails. Has light air and working Genoa.

Comes with free standing AC (not marine), but it does cool the boat very well!
Does not have original oven, but comes with microwave and toaster oven.

Wood floors are damaged in some areas, carpet has been put down over problem areas.
One porthole had a leak, so the wood around it has warped a bit. The leak has been fixed, the wood has not been.
Will need a bottom job soon, the last one was in 2016.
One of the lazy jacks will need repairing.
