The fuel tank corrosion issue common to all Nor-sea 27s has been remedied.
Trailer is in good to fair condition. With all new tires.
Wood trim need finishing but is in good condition.
No known hull, deck, engine or hardware issues.
Wooden hatchway cover that installs over the fiberglass cover has been rebuilt but not installed yet. Beautiful.
Tanbark sails are in good condition. Sails include main, jib on a roller furler and a white storm sail.
Rigging is in good shape.
Anchors, nylon rode, and chain rode is included.
New dodger, has never been used.
Bumpers of various sizes are included.
Aft cabin remodeling has been started.
Small porta pottie included.
2 burner Alcohol stove included.

Maintenance needed:
New bottom coat,
Green paint had a "plastic" paint applied and it peels off when power washed.
Aft cockpit port needs some way to drain.
All opening port lights probably need new seals.
Winches need servicing, usual spring maintenance.
Some Running rigging may need lines replaced but a lot of extra line will be included.
Front deck hatch repair is 1/2 way done.
Needs a new battery selector switch and new batteries.
Usual spring prep for sailing has not been done. The boat needs a good cleaning.
Negatives:
Needs a new radio.
Both navigation and cabin lighting need up dating.
Toilet has no holding tank. I would do a composting toilet.
Speedometer, depth gage and compass need to be replaced.
