This is a water ballast trailer sailor (stable sailing, but with low trailer weight- only approx 2000 dry).
Very easy to launch at even poor ramps. She's simple and quick to rig with custom mast raising system. Draft with board up 1'2" and board down 5'4".
This boat is in a nice slip at Sailors Dock near Annapolis, Maryland that is paid through summer so an easy boat to buy and spend the summer in a beautiful sailing area.
