Boat is in excellent condition. It needs nothing to sail right now.

It has the water ballast tanks.
It has the tanbark sails.
I have the factory motor mount that bolts to the rudder. (No motor, I row it myself)
There is a beautiful set of 10' leathered oars that go with it, and they work very well.
The wood is all teak, African rosewood, and the rails are cypress. All the wood is in great condition.
The trailer is very sound, and in roadworthy condition. The tires are pretty new, the spare is new, and the lights are only about a year old (LED's), and submersible. The trailer doesn't look great, but for a 30 year old galvanized trailer...it looks pretty good.
I am in Texas so I have a clear Texas Title on the boat.
The trailer is registered, but not titled (it isn't required in TX...yet)
