C&C sails houston, a reasonable sail loft.

RUNNING
Original rudder, needs to be repaired, pint of epoxy, little sanding etc..
****NEW RUDDER , Rudder craft Inc. (pictured) told it is a great improvement.
HARKENS, vang, main sheet, excellent, mast & boom, very little to no corrosion, internal halyards, blocks for reefing, etc. well done, not cheap stuff.
INTERIOR,
Cushions, interior like new, doubt they have been used much, exterior, many yrs left.
Steps added, original plan had u stepping on the ice box.
GENERAL
The boat has been well maintained, takes wax well, the standing rig is in good shape, the running rig is new to serviceable for some time. NO thru hulls, no cracks, very limited dock rash.
My guess it has been stored inside good part of its life. NO LEAKS! Rain or otherwise.
I gave up my storage a Mo. ago, it is now outside.
LIFE LINES, STANCHIONS, SAFETY etc.
LIfe lines/ stanchions. Very sturdy & secure.
Life vests, fire extinguisher, paddle, throwable cushions.
Bilge pump.
Danforth, anchor, etc.
This boat has FULL FLOTATION, only model Catalina did like that. Cut in half, no problem.
THIS IS, a secure, well made, boat.
Call Catalina, parts etc. are available, same basic boat still in production.
TRAILER,
Twice what it should be, built for the hull, not flimsy for sure. Internal extending tongue 2-1/8" ball.
OTHER STUFF
Compass, tiller tamer,

NEW HATCH BOARDS,
REAL CANVAS cover, for cabin top. Keep teak like new.
WIND SOCK! Anchored, U might think U have AC, a cold beverage, music, Nap.

The NEW rudder, apparently fits a variety of Catalina's it is a thing of beauty "to me" a old sailor, I will offer it elsewhere if u are a little short, or want to fix the original.
A set of blocks-cars way oversized, Chang blocks from a 36' fit the tracks, if u plan to move up, good choice. +. $400.
