It currently sits in the gated area on Coopers Alley L-Head in Corpus Christi.
The rigging was all replaced in the last 2 years or so with heavier duty wire for our Corpus winds.
Also put a new cable on the swing keel which is all solid.
Has all the interior cushions that are in good shape.
Sails are ok.. they work.
Have a nearly new J24 main sail that I planned on having cut down to fit which ill throw in the deal.
Purchased a new/used galvanized tandem axel trailer and built up the bunks to fit, works great but would need lights, licensing, and maybe tires if planned to take on the highway, I only used it to go from the parking lot to the boat ramp and the occasional running from hurricanes.
All in all its a solid little boat with tons of life left and I've gotten to busy for the boat and haven't been sailing it like it deserves.
Asking $2000 (trailer is almost worth 3500) but am somewhat flexible on price.
