If I were keeping I would:
Replace halyards
Purchase new mainsail cover
Wood trim stripping / new finishing
Give another wash / finish with a wax
Then I would continue to tinker and upgrade. I will try and take care of the cleaning / refinishing ones over the next couple of weekends.
Boat is well cared for and has a solid foundation to continue to be really awesome.
